What can it do?

As of now, it can - 

1)Add Reboot, Soft Reboot, Reboot Recovery in Power Menu

2)Add "Screenshot" option in Power Menu

3)Enable/Disable 4-way rotation

4)Enable/Disable Navigation Bar

5)Show/Hide IME Icon

6)Enable/Disable Wake up Phone when unplugged from Charger

7)Enable/Disable CRT Animation

8)Enable/Disable Dual Pane Mode

9)Change Default App Background

10)Change No Recent App ext

11)Change Task Switcher background Color

12)Show/Hide Clock from Status Bar

13)Add Text next to Status Bar clock

14)Change color of Status Bar Clock

15)Change Transparency of Status Bar

16)Change color of Status Bar

17)Change Notification Panel Date Text

18)Change Notification Panel Text Color

19)Change Notification Panel Divider Color

20)Change Notification Panel Color

21)Change Toggles Background

22)Choose from 3 Toggles Themes

23)Show/Hide Toggles

 

How do I get it?

1)Download and Install - http://d-h.st/LXm

2)Download and Install - http://d-h.st/QZR

3)Open Xposed Installer+, Click Install/Update, then hit "OK" in the prompt

4)Next Switch to Modules Tab and then Check the tiny Checkbox next to XNinja[4.0]

5)Reboot and Open XNinja from App Drawer, start customizing!

Note:

1)The modifications will work only after a Soft Reboot/Reboot because that's the way Xposed Works  

2)All Mods work on Stock v1, v2, v3 , 95% in Fusionblast and Axer , 35-40% in Quantum Radicle (  )

3)I do not support Non-stock based ROMs. You can try it in your own interest. If something doesn't work on Non-stock based ROMs, don't even bother leaving a comment below.

 

At last, be happy! Its all happening without me touching none of your files/APKs! Running a Custom Stock ROM is some treat!
