HOW TO GET BACK ICS AFTER UPDATING JELLY BEAN IN XOLO A800
Flash your xolo A800 with sp tool and get back to ics, enjoy root,swap memory
The people out there who want to get back ICS in their XOLO A800 after upgrading to jelly bean Watch out here
NOTE:- A SPECIAL THANKS TO "Pankaj Sonar"
What's needed:
- USB data cable
- MediaTek USB VCOM drivers
- SP Flash Tool ( Latest version latest)Here is the download link
SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1224.01.rar - First of all, make sure that you have MediaTek DA USB VCOM drivers installed
Flashing the whole ROM
- First of all open SP Flash Tool, then click Scatter-loading button to load the correct scatter file
( MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt, from rom folder) for your device and ignore any message that may appear.
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery and replace it after some seconds (and don't turn on the phone).
- Press F9 (or hit Download button) and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
The process will start and a red progress bar will appear.
- After the red progress bar is complete, there will appear a purple progress bar.
- Right after the purple progress bar is complete, a message will appear underneath it:
“Please insert USB cable in x seconds” and then the download will start right away (you will see the yellow progress bar filling up).
- When the yellow bar is complete, you'll get a popup with a green circle and Download OK message,
which means that the process has been successfully terminated.
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on. The process ends here.
i will succesfully flash my xolo a800 with this stock rom.

i want to know after flashing the phoneand it is in ics again do the phone works perfectly the same when we used it for first time.what i mean to say theres no bug at all?can you please provide a linked to be able us to install the mediatek vcom driver and sp tool bcos its not available

HEY, I AM USING XOLO A500L MOBILE, AND I HAVE ROOTED IT SUCCESSFULY.... BUT NOW I AM UNABLE TO LOAD CWM CUSTOM ROM ....I USED SP FLASH TOOL BUT UNFORTUANTLY ASKING FOR UNKNOWN DRIVER (VCOM DRIVER) PLEASE HELP ME IF U CAN.......THANKS IN ADVANCE
Thanks Bro...I just ent back to ICS from jelly bean...i was afraid a bit in the starting but everything went so smooth and fine...thanks again for the help.
i am not able to go back to ICS from jelly bean on my XOLO A800 handset please help me the above instructions with its help am not able it is sohowing as INSTALLATION ABORTED
